Dermatology, aesthetic medicine Same-day where suitable
Mesotherapy in Dodoma
Micro-injections of skin nutrients to hydrate, brighten and even the tone, and scalp mesotherapy to support hair growth.

Nourishment where the skin can use it
Creams sit on the surface. Mesotherapy places hyaluronic acid, vitamins, amino acids and peptides in the middle layer of the skin, where they hydrate and stimulate directly.

What is mesotherapy?
Mesotherapy uses a very fine needle or a mesotherapy gun to deliver a chosen mix of ingredients into the dermis. For the face it is chosen for dullness, dehydration, fine lines and uneven tone. For the scalp it delivers growth factors and nutrients to the follicles.
It is often combined with microneedling, which opens channels for the serum, and it suits deeper skin well because it does not rely on heat.
Why treat it
Medical reasons
Scalp mesotherapy supports regrowth in thinning hair alongside medical treatment.
Confidence and comfort
Brighter, more hydrated skin with a healthy glow, noticeable within a few sessions.
The process
From assessment to results
The dermatologist chooses the ingredients for your concern and checks for allergies and active skin disease.
About thirty minutes:
- Numbing cream
- A series of very shallow micro-injections across the area
- A soothing mask and sunscreen
Tiny bumps and mild redness for a few hours; occasionally small bruises. No make-up for the rest of the day.
Glow from the first session; the best results after a course of three or four, two to four weeks apart, then maintenance every few months.
