Privacy notice
Last updated 22 October 2026
This notice explains what personal data Premier collects through this website and in the clinic, why, who sees it, how long it is kept and what your rights are. It follows Tanzania’s Personal Data Protection Act, 2022.
Who is responsible
Premier Dermatology and Dental Clinic, Kisasa Plaza, Kisasa, Dodoma, Tanzania. Phone 0746 781 111, email info@premierdermatology.co.tz. The clinic decides how your data is used and answers for it.
What the website collects, and why
The call-back and contact forms take your name and mobile number, the service you are asking about and, if you add them, an email address and a message. We use them only to answer your request, on the basis of the consent you give by sending the form. Please keep medical details and photographs out of the forms; your clinician asks for those securely once you are booked.
Booking and your clinical record
Appointments are booked in TDCW, the clinic’s patient record system, provided to the clinic by Laetoli. Your history, photographs, prescriptions and plans are kept there, on servers in the European Union (Ireland), and only your care team at the clinic can open your file. We use this information to provide your care and as Tanzanian law requires of a health facility.
Who else handles data for us
- Vercel hosts this website and delivers it from servers around the world.
- Laetoli provides TDCW, where form requests and bookings are stored.
- Google provides the map, and Instagram the clinic films, but each loads only when you press the button to open it. Until then neither company receives anything from your visit.
- Photographs on the site are served from this domain, so the photographers’ sites receive nothing from your visit.
Some of these providers keep data outside Tanzania. We only use providers bound to keep it confidential and secure, as the Act requires for a transfer abroad.
How long we keep it
Form requests are deleted automatically twelve months after they arrive. Clinical records are kept for as long as Tanzanian law requires health facilities to keep them.
In your browser
The site remembers the language you chose, in your browser’s own storage. It sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and runs no analytics service.
Security
Every page is served over an encrypted connection with strict security headers. Forms are protected against automated abuse, and access to records is limited to the people who need it for your care.
Children
A parent or guardian makes requests and bookings for a child under 18.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you and for a copy, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to a use, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to info@premierdermatology.co.tz. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission at pdpc.go.tz.
